Q-What are your hours?
A- 7:30 AM to 7:30 pm Monday thru Saturday
    Sunday evenings by appointment only

Question Can I drop off something at your location?
Answer~
At this time we  have a limited space that is self serve only- if you need to drop something off be certain that you are able to lift and unload heavy objects safely. Call 903-6195 or email
recycle@austin.rr.com  for location details

Q-What kinds of things do you accept?
A- Most any type of household appliance and some commercial machinery.

Q-Why to you charge a fee?
A- Round Rock Appliance Recycling is a family run small enterprise that does not receive any grants or outside funding of any kind, we are in business to support our families and prove a needed service to the community.

Q- What are some examples of things you will NOT pick up?
A- Mattresses; Fiberglass bathtubs, carpets, paints, chemicals,building materials; lawn debris,
couch or sofas

Q-Can I leave the item on the porch or the drive for you to pick up if I'm not home
A-Yes, We do this all the time, people find it convenient, most days we pick up within 48 hours of the first phone call.
